The challenge

Hoteza attracts demo requests from hotels, and, it turns out, partners, all over the world. But a "Book a Demo" form creates a gap: the prospect fills it in, then waits for sales to reply and schedule a live demo. In that gap, interest cools, and some leads go cold before the first conversation ever happens.

With prospects in different countries, time zones, and languages, the wait is uneven, and the team can't be online for every lead the moment they raise their hand.

Hoteza wanted a way to engage and qualify every lead instantly, answer product questions, show the product, and keep interest alive until the human demo, without adding sales headcount or being limited by language or office hours.
